I have an extensive background in business studies. Thanks to my bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems, awarded by the Long Beach division of California State University, and my University of Phoenix master's degree in Business Administration, I have been able to apply my skills in mathematics and business for over a decade in the Telecommunications Engineering field. During this time, I've gained the experience necessary to establish a thorough understanding of technology's part in information systems and communication in my students. I have also taken several college-level courses in Spanish and have the knowledge necessary to tutor students in all levels of this subject as well.Outside of the classroom, I enjoy staying active, and I try to incorporate outdoor activities in my life whenever possible. I spend a good amount of time hiking, swimming, running, and practicing yoga. When I'm not outdoors, I can usually be found reading or trying my hand at making a new dish.
