I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology on the pre-med track in 2014. I graduated with an overall GPA of 3.5 and with distinction in Biology and Sciences with a GPA of 3.7. Classes included: 3 semester of general chemistry, 2 semesters of organic chemistry, Molecular Biology, two semesters of biochemistry, physics and Calculus.

Private tutoring 2012-2014 I have two years of tutoring experience and genuinely enjoy teaching subjects that I enjoyed in college. I was always the one holding last minute review sessions with my peers on the night before the exam. As a Biology major with a pre-med emphasis I excelled in several science courses gaining a proficient understanding in general chemistry, organic chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, and several math courses. I scored in the 90th percentile in the Quantitative section of the GRE which stems from a solid understanding of High school math up to Algebra 2.

From my experiences, I've learned to appreciate that each student has a different learning style and pace and have been able to tailor my tutoring to each individual's needs. That moment when something finally clicks and a lightbulb is switched on for my students is what truly brings satisfaction to the process for me. In my free time, I like to play basketball, soccer and do some yoga in between. I'm also an amateur guitarist.
